• AnotherAnalographer is the creative persona of Ioannis Kouzapas which revolves around (mainly) analogue photographic practices.
    Ioannis Kouzapas is a multimedia artist born(1994) in Larnaca, Cyprus. Kouzapas graduated in 2016, for his Ba, at the Cypriot branch of the University of the West of England, Bristol. In 2017, Kouzapas attended the Academy of the Arts in Utrecht (HKU) for a research Ma in Artistic Research. As a result of his research concepts, he delved into video-collage, photography, soundscapes, and texts. Main focuses throughout all years of studying revolved around the notions of existentialism in a metaphysical and a digiphysical level.

  • AnotherAnalographer, as the name hints, is focused on analogue photography. This encapsules the process from exposing on light sensitive surfaces to developing in the darkroom and producing silver prints under the red light of ortho. He also interacts with other various analogue processes; from instant, to expired, to cross processing.
    In consequence to the digital revolution, AnotherAnalographer delves in digital photography as well; making sure to utilize vintage glass on the mirrorless sensor while at it.
